JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the Development & Management of HB Business in FS Segment that will ensure the Sustained Sales of the company products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. Responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from FS segment in the assigned geography.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility to focus on Horizontal and Vertical growth.
Increasing the existing Market share through market penetration.
Approaching, activating, finalizing and securing the long-term contracts for all large and medium FS clients.
Stock Forecasting by customers, follow-up on stock arrangements and securing the required stock in the warehouse prior LPOs.
Activate all in active customers.
Close monitoring on order deliveries as per the customers demand.
Conducting Market Surveys.
Active contribution on New product Launch and Product Sampling.
Weekly and Monthly, market update and comprehensive reports.
Managing all pipeline projects and updating weekly basis.
Focus on Top & Bottom line by increasing margin and volume.
Encouraging customers to commit to an Annual Contracts.
Improving Cash Flow and Aging through following up on payment plans and ensuring proper adherence to it.
Leading the team and training them to achieve the company’s objective.
Encourage the clients on Basket Solution with custom made approach.
Maximize the volume and revenue in assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Develops and executes effective Food Service account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
Regularly visit existing customers and potential new clients to identify opportunities and analyze competitors
Handling day-to-day responsibility of company’s marketing programs in the assigned geographic region.
Evaluating sales territory potential and implementing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans in the region. Setting budgets, preparing sales and expense forecasts, and setting allocation quotas for the region.
Assist the National Sales manager in developing the overall business plan with clear business strategies to achieve the business objectives.
Daily Monitor the Cash Pre-Sales Invoices (Credit and Cash) through collection Payments of Cash & Credit Invoices.
Visit all customers and ensure all customers are visited by working with the team and identify opportunity to develop the business.
Conduct Sales meeting with the team on daily basis to review daily sales and collection performance.
Review and update the credit limit for all customers and to ensure updating the required documentation as per the company policy.
Update the NSM with on market Activates and competition prices on a weekly Basis.
Preparing paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and collections.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Any other assignments given by the line manager.
المهارات
Master’s degree / bachelor’s degree
High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Team Player.
Ability to priorities own workload.
Strong communication skills.
Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
An administrative or sales background.
Bilingual (English / Arabic).
High level of Presentation skills.
Must be detail oriented
Minimum 10 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts to FS customers and 5 year in the managerial level.
Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
