JOB PURPOSE
To develop demand, and achieve customer wins for Halwani products through presentations and skillful selling from small to medium sized supermarket (SMB). within a specified geographical location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential Halwani clients to meet the sales targets.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to assist him in achieving the targets.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and collections.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to keep track on performance.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Implement preplanned special sales activities to reduce stock.
Follow-up for collection of payment to reduce customer’s dues.
Provide on job training to merchandizers in his area to improve their performance
المهارات
Bachelor Degree
Training in sales, CRM, or marketing fields
2 – 5 years sales experience
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
