Upon arrival of the products organizing samples sorting/collection using industry or our standards.
Inspecting selected samples using fruit & vegetables industry-appropriate methods such as verifying standards like class, dimension, weight, coloration, maturity etc of the products.
Checking packaging specifications.
Checking products specifications
Detecting cosmetic and physiological defects.
Ensuring that all QC tools/equipment are working properly and go through periodical test.
Reporting.
المهارات
Dynamic person and strong interest/passion for “produce”
Fluent in Arabic/English spoken and written.
Acquainted with ISO/HACCP procedures for produce.
Strong personality but with teamwork attitude.
MS Office basic level.
