Short Description (Role Purpose)
• Builds business by identifying and selling Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to Product/ Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions presentation and demonstration, Solution, Design and Specifications and achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
• Proven experience in working on large projects, generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships.
• Ability to prospect, forecast, prepare sales presentations, product demonstration, negotiate and close new sales leads.
• Fostering relationships with new clients through contract negotiations and installation.
• Visiting sites to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.
• Market knowledge within Saudi Arabia in general and within Western/Southern region is highly preferred.
• Performance/target oriented with proven records of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles - including but not limited to - customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently or under a limited supervision.
• Problem-solving skills - identify, evaluate and implement solutions to complex problems.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Civil engineering or any related field
Required Years of Experience
• Field Sales Experience 5+ years within the Fit-Out/Ceiling in projects/B2B based field
• Technical and market knowledge (preferably within the Western/Southern Region) in the area of Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions
• Products knowledge of the ceiling solutions - including but not limited to Acoustic, Metal, Fiber, Stone Wool and Wooden Ceiling solutions
