OVERVIEW
Oversee Company Procurement function, develop, establish, implement and enforce supplier guidelines, obligations and service level agreements to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Develop the most efficient route to market to enhance our products/services at the best cost available
Source from approved supplier as well as develop local sourcing for non-core items
Maintain good relationship with suppliers (both local and oversea) and ensure product stability and service level
Analysis trends and market conditions for pricing, availability, lead time, and capacity of goods & services
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Ensure KPI’s are met and in particular, On Time, Product delivered In full, appropriate days in inventory
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
المهارات
Degree in Business
Certificate in Supply Chain is a plus
5+ years of experience in the food service industry, preferably in F&B;Knowledge of Procurement Systems
