Job brief

Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project
Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with department manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

المهارات
Bachelor degree in Electra-mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project engineer preferable to be in Healthcare Sector.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto-CAD
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Project management and supervision skills
Decision making ability and leadership skills
Time management and organization skills
