الوصف الوظيفي •إدارة و تشغيل المستودع الخاص بالمتجر الإلكتروني. •تخطيط المستودع ومتطلبات المساحة من أجل منع الخسارة أو التلف ، ولتحقيق التحسين الكامل للمستودع. •مسؤولية كاملة عن المخزون الموجود و الداخل و الخارج و إدارة الجرد. •إدارة عملية الطلبات ما بين المستودع الرئيسي و مستودع المتجر الإلكتروني. •الإشراف على أنشطة تدفق الطلبات اليومية ، بما في ذلك معالجة الطلبات والاختيار والتحضير والتعبئة وإعداد الشحن. •تنسيق وجدولة حركة المنتجات في المستودع بما في ذلك تخزين وشحن المنتجات النهائية. •إدارة فريق المستودع بدوام كامل وبدوام جزئي. •الحفاظ على العلاقات بالموردين و الشركاء وتنسيق عمل الفريق معهم. •إعداد التقارير اليومية و الأسبوعية والشهرية الخاصة بالمخزون والطلبات المعدة والمشحونة والمرتجعة. •قيادة الفريق في عمليات الاستلام و التعبئة و الشحن. •التواصل مع كافة الأقسام المسؤولة داخل الشركة أو خارجها لتحقيق أفضل نتائج ممكنة. Responsibilities: •Managing and operating the ecommerce fulfilment center. •Warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve the complete optimization of the warehouse. •Full responsibility for the existing stock, inside and outside, and inventory management. •Manage the transfer process between central warehouse & the online store warehouse. •Oversee daily order flow activities, including order processing, selection, preparation, packing and shipment preparation. •Coordinating and scheduling the movement of products in the warehouse, including storing and shipping finished products. •Managing a full-time and part-time warehouse team. •Maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners and coordinating teamwork with them. •Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on stocks, prepared, shipped and returned orders. •Leading the team in receiving, packing and shipping operations. •Communicate with all responsible departments inside or outside the company to achieve the best possible results. المهارات •فهم شامل لسياسات وإجراءات المستودعات. •خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات + خبرة سابقة في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية و تحضير و شحن الطلبات. •مهارات التواصل الشفهية والكتابية للغتين العربية و الإنجليزية. •استخدام أنظمة Microsoft Office و أنظمة تشغيل المستودعات. •القدرة على التعامل من خلال فريق متداخل الوظائف.
