Achieve sales target without compromising on customer service.
To work with the Sales Manager, the sales team, and other departments to ensure that Sales information is shared, sales opportunities are maximized and team sales target is met
Report on regular basis progress on sales target and issues with regards to achieving of assigned target.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding team performance, competitors and overall progress.
Provides timely, accurate and competitive pricing information on all products submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Assist and motivate the team
Periodic market survey to get competitive edge on the products
Make sure collection is up to date
Ensure timely distribution of customer incentives and all grievances are sorted out without delay.
Equip your colleagues with updated product knowledge and sales skills

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
Strong negotiation skills.
