Instrumentation Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Planning and organize Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP); which includes

monitoring and implementations of all Daily and Monthly Maintenance

Plans.

2. Trouble-shooting analysis and planning for the major problems.

3. Preparing Failure analysis reports.

4. Preparing monthly downtime analysis.

5. Preparing critical spare parts list & manage materials, arrange/carryout

new modification and implementation of project jobs under your

assignment.

6. Coordination/follow-up with other departments.

7. Knowledge in follow-up of procurement, store, accounts

8. Knowledge and experience in pneumatics, hydraulics and check list

preparation.

9. Coordinate/control of manpower during shutdowns.

10. Practical teamwork discipline or collaboration within team members

المهارات
1. Knowledge in QCS, PLC and DCS Systems (i.e. Honeywell/ Measurex

/ ABB/ Yokogawa/ Siemens/ Allen-Bradley).

2. High level skills in calibration of instruments like flow, pressure, level,

temp. etc.,

3. Excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Office and Project), knowledge in

inventory software (SAP).

4. Excellent Maintenance (workplace) manpower management skills
