Key responsibilities:
Greet clients and perform consultations in line with Salon guidelines to establish client’s requirements.
Understanding the pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate client accordingly during consultation,
Execute all cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to high standards whilst providing necessary information to the clients about the products being used.
Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session
Maintaining detailed clients’ SERVICE HISTORY by recording products used during each visits - example hair colour details, treatment details
Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques
Maintain technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops; reviewing and researching
publications, internet and social media
Attending events outside of our brand in order to promote
the brand externally
Achieve service and product revenue targets Daily, weekly,
monthly basis
To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular
basis
Assisting in maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting
in product ordering process by checking existing products,
anticipating needs of the hair section
Taking proper care of the tools and equipment
To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as
routed by our Salon and Municipality
Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and
products are used with care
Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area
Reference and abide by the Salon’s Standard Operating
Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
Minimum work experience required:
Training Certification with Loreal or Kerastase is an
advantage
Must be expert in Ombre and Balayage
