Nail Technician

Key responsibilities: • To perform nail therapies in accordance to the Salon’s nail services SOP’s
• Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session
• To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals
• To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis
• To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support
• To attend events outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externally
• Taking proper care of the tools and equipment
• Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products
• To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and Municipality
• Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.
• To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services

• To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs. Review periodically and ensure compliance
Minimum educational qualification(s): • Previous Beauty / Nail Qualification preferred
Minimum work experience required: • One (1) year salon experience in an international standard salon
Technical skills required: • All nail services including manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping nails, filing / cuticle work, applying polish and gel.
• Ability to perform nail extensions an advantage
