Lead a team of Supervisors, Lead technicians to achieve maintenance and reliability objectives. Ensure maintenance activities on all static equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility are carried out with quality. Carrying out repairing and troubleshooting activities, ability to write method statements on various static equipment maintenance activities and repairs. Should have detailed information on various material, weld procedures and NDTs required during in-situ repairs of Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Pressure vessels, Storage Tanks, process piping, Valves etc. Should have a thorough understanding of maintenance needs arising during the opportunity based maintenance on all static equipment. Should be able to understand and specify the rigging requirements, equipment and resources needed for all types of maintenance carried out in a refinery / petrochemical environment.
