The GACI Technical Service Engineer is responsible for both solving the customer’s complaint and developing new products. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with production, sales, research center and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Technical Service Engineer’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
The Technical Service Engineer is expected to:
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Resolve customer’s quality complaint
Perform product trial test in customer’s site
Advising for technical issue to customer
Optimizing processing condition of customer per GACI products
Improving products quality and competitiveness
Supporting GACI Plant and Lab for XLPE and SC
Co-work with Research and Development Center for new product development

Experience of MV/HV power cable production or quality control in the cable company
Demonstrated success research and developing excellent products
Experience in a job in the polymer market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
الخلفية التعليمية
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer
