QC Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
- To direct, examine, monitor and control all the activities of the Quality Control department in the Branch ensure all the standard requirement of the company as per the policies and procedures
- Implement all the procedures and structure of the department to ensure the timely completion of the activities and quality production of concrete
- Motivate all the employees in the department to build positive attitude and teamwork spirit to accomplish all the tasks assigned
- Evaluate the monthly performance of the branch and submit report to line Manager to assess the current situation and plan accordingly
- Collaborate with the procurement department in the branch regularly to identify and select good suppliers of raw materials and aggregates as per the standard requirements
- Assess the current skillsets of the employees in the branch to recommend the manager about required trainings and certifications for the employees
- Assist the manager in preparing the Annual Budget for the department and submit to the executive management for their review and approval
- Conduct regular and random visits to the plants and sites to check and to ensure if the employees are following the standard
- procedures of department Provide guidance to the new joined employees in the department to make the employees learn about the policies and procedures of the department
المهارات
Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil/ Chemical Engineering - Certification/Diploma in Quality Assurance Experience :  - 10 – 12 years Supervisory/ Managerial role in Quality Assurance/Control of Concrete management -Fluency in Arabic/ English
