2. PURPOSE
To develop, update and maintain an accurate employees’ data on HRMS system.
3. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES
• Create the profile of new joiners on HRMS system.
• Update employees’ data on HRMS where required.
• Create the data of new functions or department on HRMS system.
• Update the Org Chart and JDs on the system.
• Reflect HR policies and procedures on the system.
• Complete data entry for various human resource actions including, but not limited to, employment, terminations, compensation, benefits, promotions and transfers.
• Validates Position Management updates including title, department, reports, job requisition changes, and reports to) within HRMS systems and associates files.
• Coordinate the efforts of configuring, testing and implementing HR systems in support of HR initiatives.
• Export regular and ad hoc reports from internal databases (for example, headcount and turnover reports, vacations reports).
• Develop data processing guidelines.
• Train new joiners on HRMS usage.
• Train HRMS end-users on functionalities and new system features.
• Manage access permissions on HRMS system.
• Conducts in-depth tests and analysis of information and trends in data to increase a system’s performance and efficiency.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Management or equivalent.
Experience
• Prior experience in Systems Administration 3 years.
• Experience in HR activities and employment law.
Technical Skills
• Experience in databases and HR software.
• Strong MS Office skills
Core Competencies
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
