IMPORT COORDINATOR

الوصف الوظيفي
• Make Pre-port permit/approval from the concerned government authorities for each imported item before sending it from the supplier.
• Maintains records of expected time of arrival (ETAs), and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters till the shipment reaches the warehouse.
• Review deliveries against the orders/ track the status of any order.
• Ensure that any invoices related to the clearing agencies are sent to accounts for payment.
• Receive shipping documents from suppliers and send it to the clearing agency. 
• Prepare thoroughly the duty exemption list of raw materials and machines and submit to the concerned ministry.
• Daily follow up with the clearing agent about all shipments status.
• Prepare all the required documents that customs need to clear shipments.
• Prepare the authorization documents for all clearance office.
Continuous search for better service provider and negotiate for the best rate. 

المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Bachelor degree in Business / Chemist/ Chemical Engineering.
Chemical background is preferred.
Experience:
· 2-4 years’ experience in similar role.
· Experience in Saudi Custom’s regulations
Technical Skills
MS Office,
Familiarity with HS Code, CAS(Chemical Abstract System).
· Good Command in both Arabic/ English in both Spoken & Written.
Core Competencies
The ability to work under pressure
Ability to work with group
High Communication skills.
Strong Negotiation skills.
Extreme knowledge of products and ability to resolve the delivery issues.
