الوصف الوظيفي - Ensure journey plan is covering 100% of all customers in each territory. - Divide all B2B customers into categories within same territory for better attention. - Ensure all customers are being called on as per the agreed Journey Plan. - Ensure all customers are fully aware with the most recent Business policies of Al Shiaka. - Ensure customers are being developed year after year. - Ensure to build a unique relationship with customers based on mutual respect. - Ensure full cooperation with all functions within organization. - Ensure full cooperation with B2B team members across nation. - Ensure proper utilization for all Marketing POSM’s. - Ensure marketing intelligence is an ongoing practice. - Ensure all supporting reports are being utilized. - Ensure all deliveries & money collection are being done on the right time w/o any delay. - Collected money are being deposited w/o any delay. - handle all customers comments & complaints seriously without delay. المهارات - Ability to Communicate through different methods. تفاصيل الوظيفة
