Coordinate with the team and assist in providing timely input on budgeting, schedule and other preconstruction activities.
Review project progress, address issues, and adjust schedules and budgets proactively.Review scope of work in contract document, construction plans and specifications.
Monitor and manage the entire process of construction.
Coordinate overall construction process including contractors, consultants, agencies, utilities and internal staff.
Develop, update and report on project and department budgets.
المهارات
Must have 10+ years of management experience in big infrastructural projects in Middle East.
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field.Background in infrastructural construction and or EPC environment.
Ability to interpret technical plans, specifications and other construction documentation.
Experience overseeing and having prior hands-on management of large scale and commercial projects – asset.
Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for working closely with a multitude of internal and external partners.
