Mission statement:
Deployment of the group Industrial Management System (IMS) within the subsidiaries. Ensure that all company sites and departments are compliant with IMS Requirements (Group Procedure and standards) by monitoring and supporting the self assessment, the action plans implementation and their effectiveness evaluation.Ensure the regulatory compliance with the company standards and local regulations.Communicates all IMS new requirements with all company employees and provide support and solution to ensure successful and effective implementations.
MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS:
1. IMS Deployment and compliance
Identify the subsidiary IMS objectives in consistence with HSE plan.
Lead the deployment of IMS within the company in respect of the annual HSE-IMS plan validated by Management.
Implements and continuously improves IMS, safety and reliability processes for the subsidiary
Ensure that all company sites and departments are compliant with IMS Requirements (Group Procedure).
Lead the IMS streamlining project and update all subsidiary IMS procedures accordingly.
Support and motivate the subsidiary team to adhere with IMS, and ensure effective implementation.
Serves as primary contact on IMS standards.
Utilize the softwares approved by the subsidiary e.g.(company software, etc.)
in order to support IMS and HSE deployment.
Lead and support the implementation of ISO certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 45001, etc.) which may be required for the company.
Lead the documentation control within Company and supervise and support the company DCC when available.
2. Auditing & Assessment:
Develop the annual internal audit plan for company sites and departments following a schedule validated by Management.
Organize the Management Reviews topic agenda, make the MOM and list all agreed actions.
Participate in the Industrial committee meeting, address all IMS pending issues, cooperate with the site team and set together a proper achievement plan.
Conduct regular assessment for IMS procedure, regulatory and customer compliance.
Identify all gaps and develop corrective and preventive actions to ensure full compliance.
Follow-up with the employees the achievement of the agreed actions and support them for its completion.
3. Monitoring, Checking & Reporting :
Measure the effectiveness of the System and propose any improvements to mitigate weaknesses.
Put in place a system allowing company to monitor the issuance of new regulations in the Kingdom.
Ensure that all sites and departments involved in the assessment of the new regulations, and define effective action plans.
Monitor the Company IMS Compliance as well as local regulatory and customer regulations.
Ensure S-Form reporting to the group.
Update the HSE-IMS plan on a monthly basis.
Ensure completion of the monthly KPIs of HSE-IMS for the subsidiary.
Report to the HSE Manager all gaps and findings and propose all required corrective and preventive actions.
4. HSE & Risk Management Involvement:
Participate / lead if required the risk analysis and the ready for startup for the new project and existing facilities.
Monitoring the Elements Important for Safety (EIS) Management file by sites, ensure all actions are completed.
Upload all actions arising from the risk management tools on software system, and monitor its completion within the due date.
Conduct HSE/IMS monthly meeting with office employees, increase their knowledge and awareness on HSE/IMS discipline.
Ensures that the subsidiary uses appropriate methods to identify and assess risks as per IMS.
Helps to identify jobs and/or tasks that require qualification, reviews job and/or task competency requirements and helps develop associated training.
Ensure all site activities are covered by JHA for routine, non routine and potentially hazardous noun routine jobs.
Conduct regular training and awareness for site team on IMS and HSE programs.
Contribute in the subsidiary security aspects.
