الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a Saudi Branch Manager at eXtra HQ in Al Khobar for a new project. Responsible for the overall performance of the branch across all measurements and delivering required branch standards throughout to maintain the required brand standards of eXtra with high sense of urgency, high energy level , attention to details and philosophy of hands-on management. Responsible for the business development and growth of the branch as well and the development of all employees in the store to create a first class experience for every customer and constantly demonstrate our company culture of “C.C.A.R.E” by treating employees as individuals with dignity and respect. Responsibilities: 1. Handle shifts and schedule 2. Lead customer service 3. Lead IT team for technical purposes within the store 4. Lead operations inside the store 5. Handle food and beverage supplier inside store 6. Control all transaction done inside store 7. Represent head office and general company policies to authorities and customers 8. Ability to generate daily financial and operational reports to Head office 9. Must contribute to development of operations, product and customer satisfaction 10.
