Procurement Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
-The job holder is accountable for the effective and efficient procurement management of major capital projects in order to ensure timely execution of investments in line with planned budget and quality, assuring Procurement. Governance in the projects in line with the Client / Corporate Procurement Policies
-The job holder acts as single point of contact (SPOC) vis a vis the Project Organization (Project Owner, Project Manager, Asset Development Manager) for all procurement related activities during the full term of a project
-Planning, implementing and managing related project procurement services (including expediting services, contract management and claim management) for projects across all business units
-Managing project procurement teams, including third party procurement services
-Execution of procurement activities for and within Projects
-Providing expertise towards the company’s management in the Gate Keeping decision process of major capital projects
-Defines the procurement execution process of the projects and align it with internal and external interfaces in order to have the projects developed in time, in budget and according to quality requirements

-Provides governance and coordinates / supervises procurement services for major capital investment projects (cross functional, international) in order to assure the consistency of the corporate project contracting approach

المهارات
-Degree in Engineering with 15+ years of experience in handling Procurement and Contract Management
-Minimum eight years of extensive experience in project procurement management and Contract management
-Activities in FEED, Engineering phases in Oil & Gas Project environment, preferably with ARAMCO -Project Procurement, Contract and material Management
-Commercial, technical, legal and project management knowledge
-Experience in project team coordination
-Experience in coordinating complex project procurement activities, organization and prioritization
-Solid understanding of project environment
Advanced IT skills / application of SAP, MS Office and standard Procurement Applications and -Project Management tools
-Advanced knowledge of the project processes and methodologies in major Oil and Gas project(s)
-Knowledge of the relationship between line and project organizations
-Solid knowledge of administration and management principles

-Knowledge of internal contracting and procurement related standards and regulations including local mandatory requirements
