Visual Merchandiser Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
•Digest & implement the monthly VM concept with every initiative
•Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
•Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
•Come up with, revise and present design ideas with other merchandisers
•Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
•identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting
•Work within budget
•Work with architectural features of stores to maximize the available space
•Arrange display & make sure it follow the organization’s guidelines
•Change displays frequently to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
•Research lifestyle, demographics and display trends
•Make sure that the store environment is welcoming and ambient
•Use artistic skills or computer-aided design packages, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup or Adobe, to create visuals and plans

المهارات
•Design Background either interior, graphic or fashion
•Male or Female
•Managerial experience
•3-5 years experience in Retail Visual Merchandising
