Looking for minimum 10 years of experience Restaurants Operation manager (Can speak Arabic and English very well) that can manage three restaurants dealing directly with the each restaurant branch managers and with the Company CEO.
--—OPERATION:
Work very closely with store managers to ensure Operating Manuals are consistently and effectively applied.
Work with the branch managers to ensure maintaining the QUALITY of the products
Minimize the waste/ loss though daily branches monitoring
Work closely with the marketing manager to implement the marketing campaigns and initiatives
Identify top risks for each business and accordingly their control measures. Ensure every branch manager applies the requested control measures.
Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure branch is always supportive with needed inventory. Ensure raw material meets the needed quality always.
--———STAFFING:
Continuously evaluate the performance of the branch managers; highlight any KPI issues in any branch to the branch manager and work with him to overcome any issues
Identify any staffing issues in all branches (higher number, lower number, in-effective employee or recommended change of positions). Work with the branch manager to rectify it.
Ensure that any initiative or request or recommended practice all reach to all employees to be perfectly performed and implemented.
--——-Store Performance and Budget:
Work with the CEO and board to develop KPIs for each branch. Identify areas of improvements for each and work with the branch managers to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify the cost of each branch and work to reduce the cost in a matter that does not affect the quality
Always work to increase the branches sales. Identify any opportunity for further increase in profit.
--———Competition and collaboration:
Keep a close eye on all market competitors and submit a monthly short report on items to work on to maintain being ahead of all competitors
Be aware of any possible collaboration between our stores or with other business to increase the revenue.
--———Governmental Requirements:
Identify all the list of the governmental requirements for each branch. Ensure all are available.
Ensure no violations are issued by following all required governmental measures.
Work with the Gov/Public Relation manager for any related governmental issues.
المهارات
1. Minimum of 10 years experience in Food & Beverage business.
2. Very well experience in the FOH and BOH operation.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Able to handle stress and very flexible in working hours.
