الوصف الوظيفي
As the Estimation and Contracting Coordinator, you will be required to operate independently and across the business and to represent the interests of the estimation team for internal projects and to external parties. The position is also responsible for working closely with other business units. The purpose of the Estimation Coordinator position is to manage a team of estimation specialists in providing reliable, consistent, timely and accurate estimation services to Innosoft.

المهارات
❏ Ability to develop structured team/project plans (including scheduling, resourcing and communication/engagement).
❏ Application of judgement to deliver estimates that meet operational objectives, managing and mitigating risks, monitoring progress, and effectively engaging resources to achieve required outcomes within agreed budget and timeframes.
❏ Ability to form, develop, and lead an estimating team, involving setting up an estimating system.
❏ Ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally with design, delivery and planning resources to ensure timely, accurate and quality estimates.
❏ Demonstrated experience in working autonomously in managing and leading a specialist estimating team involved in the delivery of timely and accurate estimates aligned to project and business requirements.
❏ Analyze and estimate request for proposals (RFPs).
❏ Create technical and financial proposals for private and government sectors.
❏ Write and review all company contracts.
❏ Write and review company official letters.
❏ Estimate projects cost and timeline.
❏ Delegate small business agreements of private sector to sales department.
❏ Follow up with sales department to ensure all small business agreements are done perfectly.
❏ Build strong relations with company clients.
❏ Write and negotiate business agreements with the clients.
❏ Follow up with the clients until all agreements are done.
