A. Deliver outstanding customer service
• Act with integrity, honesty & knowledge that promote the culture, values, & mission of scratch Coffee Shop.
• Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard & to set a positive example for the Shift team.
• Anticipate customer & store needs by constantly evaluating environment & customers for queues.
• Communicate information to Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the third-place environment during each shift.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes first attitude & connecting with the customer.
• Discover & responds to customer needs.
B. Ensure operational policies & procedures are adhered to all times.
• Implement store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Organize opening & closing duties as assigned.
• Follow Scratch operational policies & procedures, including those for cash handling & safety & security, to ensure the safety of all staff during shift.
C. Lead & motivate a team through understanding & development in a positive way.
• Assist with new staff training by positively reinforcing successful performance & giving respectful & encouraging coaching as needed.
• Provide feedback to manager on staff performance during shift.
• Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing change in partner behaviour that might signal potential problems or changes in staff morale & performance & communicate the changes to the management
• Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely & respectful coaching & feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence & to improve staff development.
• Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding & addressing individual motivation, needs, & concerns
D. Assist in monthly/weekly/daily inventory & reports analysis & implementation of action plans where necessary.
• Act as Manager in case of his absence or emergency.
• Support management in implementing company programs by working directly with shift team to implement action plans to achieve objectives.
E. Obey and follow instruction of immediate superior that is work related.
• Listen and follow orders of immediate superior or manager that contributes to positive team productivity and work teamwork.
المهارات
A. Knowledge
• At least high school graduate/secondary level/college/university
• Coffee shop or any food and beverage operation environment
• Dealing with customer / Customer Service
• Computer Literacy such Microsoft office
B. Experience
• At least have 3 years’ experience working in restaurant/food chain/coffee shop
• With good experience in POS operating system / Back office
• Experience in leadership for at least 2 years.
C. Skills
• Ability to work as a Team
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to direct others or supervise people.
