Job Description and Requirements
Performs the role of Lead Project Architect.
Provides and supports Architectural Design Activities related to a specific Project currently under way. The Lead Project Architect will be responsible of the Design of the Project and lead the architectural Project team including designers, CADD Operators and Visual Presentation Team.
+20 years of experience with graduation in Architectural/ Civil Engineering.
Chartered Architect and member of appropriate engineering institution (i.e.: AIA, NCARB, RA, etc.)
Professional Degree in Architecture or a Master of Architecture.
Very Good experience in IBC and SBC implementations and requirements.
LEED credential is a Plus.
Value Engineering
Good Experience in SAUDI ARAMCO Standards
Good Experience in SABIC Standards
