• Define and identify operational objectives, pinpoint project objectives including efficiency, cost savings, operator convenience, safety and energy conservation.
• Design new ways to solve operations problems and determine the impact on the overall system by studying and screening alternatives.
• Watch carefully for operational problems by studying performance results and systems functioning and ways to apply improvements to speed up the job.
• Interview process operators and supervisors and troubleshoot as you investigate suggestions and complaints to overall improve service.
• Collect, analyze and summarize engineering and operating trends and data.
• Maintain and repair all heavy equipment used during projects while adhering to safety standards and company policies and procedures to avoid accidents or project delays.
• Control air and water output of compressors and pumps to ensure that they are functioning properly.
• Train new hires on productive ways to handle machinery to keep things safe and flowing smoothly, and report any concerns about faulty equipment to a supervisor immediately.
Requirements
• Must have Infrastructure/Civil related project Experience
• Degree holder
• Leadership skills and experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt on the job
• Must have a transferable Iqama if the applicant is working in KSA
