Our client, a leading Real Estate company is hiring a Social Media Specialist. Based in Khobar and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Company Channels, Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification, publishing and sharing daily content that increases the visibility of the companies social content.  Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define the most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools
Work as a Copywriter with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and development teams.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide constructive feedback
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Business or Marketing with 2-3 years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Creativity, initiative
Computer literacy
Networking and Relationship Building
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Persuasiveness, resilience, and confidence.
Highly personable and charismatic.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
