Store/Operation Planner

الوصف الوظيفي
Provide monthly and quarterly Stock level plan with extensive review of the facility capacity.

Prioritize the operational work in the store based on end users requirements .

Coordinate between procurement and end users to achieve the daily targets.

Extended responsibility towards supply chain assisting procurement, logistics and inventory management.

Coordinate activities to resolve any store issues while maximizing product reliability and minimizing cost by maintaining cost metrics.

Maintain and develop optimum layouts of the storage area including equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency.

Track all incoming and outgoing deliveries of materials and supplies.

Develop, recommend then implement ideas for improving utilization of personnel, material and processes .

Publish the budget and purchasing schedule for consumable supplies and materials.

Communicate with suppliers to review and negotiate vendor consignment stock agreements.

SAP/Oracle ERP System Specialist on production, planning, shipping, receiving and inventory management.

Inventory Stock Count lead support during Inventory stock Audit.

1.  Basic math, including calculations using fractions, percentage, and/or ratios

2.  Specific knowledge about health standards and hazards

3.  Safety practices and procedures

4.  Warehousing procedures

5.  Business practices relating to purchase and shipment of goods

6.  Inventory procedures and forms.

7.  Computer literate
