Project Controls Manager

My client is a leading middle east based engineering consultants with an excellent reputation and track record of working on some of the regions most high profile projects. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced project controls manager to work in the Khobar office. The role will be to oversee all planning, scheduling, cost control, document management and every day general controls of various projects to ensure they are completed on time and too budget.
