Technical Document Developer

Your Role: The Technical Document Developer would be responsible for Review ongoing project Procedures, manuals, and conduct a gap analysis for the missing documentation. Recommend and prepare the necessary documentation for the smooth start-up and maintenance and operations of the project. Develop highly detailed and comprehensive Procedures for the Operating staff to closely follow. This includes Initial Start-up, a startup from the various shutdown conditions / Normal, Production and ESD Shutdowns and Shut down and Start-up of Production Plant equipment i.e. Pumps / Compressors / Turbines and Procedures for Normal Operating Conditions. Develop refinery unit operating procedures, operating manuals, training manuals, qualifications assessments, and other training materials Conduct data gathering review meetings Create and deliver process technical instruction to client personnel, Perform internal technical reviews of training documentation Instruct training classes and field training for operator qualifications, Implement training plans, Provide end-user refinery unit-specific coaching and problem-solving.

المهارات
Must Haves: The successful candidate must come armed with 10 Years specifically as a Technical Document Coordinator / Developer in refinery and worked as a PMC team member. Strong knowledge of Utility and Process (NHT, CCR, and Isomer). Good communication skills in English.
