الوصف الوظيفي § Contribute as a member of the senior management team to the overall management and direction of the group, to ensure that clear short, medium and longer term goals and objectives are established, communicated and achieved to optimise business results and returns to stakeholders § Create an integrated HR strategy for all aspects of the group’s activities that will transform the culture and operating performance of the organization through defined processes, policies and practices § Work on all aspects of the HR agenda to raise the effectiveness of the HR function through taking initiatives in succession planning, organizational development, talent acquisition and development, performance management, training and career development and reward and recognition § Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of HR so that all relevant requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers § Direct the preparation of the functional budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon § Responsible for defining and driving the changes necessary to enable Alrashed Group to become the employer of choice § Ensure the effective development, communication and implementation of best HR practices, policies and processes across all aspects of the business § Build, drive and direct the organisational capability through resourcing, engaging and retaining quality talent committed to deliver and achieve business results § Responsible for the provision of high-quality and efficient employee services to ensure that the group operates according to legal requirements and employees are supported and enabled to give of their best in their working lives § Direct and oversee the development & management of the reward strategy in line with global best practices in order to manage internal equity, market competitiveness and overall employee satisfaction & performance § Direct and oversee the development & implementation of performance management strategy in line with global best practices in order to support the establishment of a performance culture and facilitate organisational excellence across all roles in the group § Lead and direct the development of an effective succession plan and promotions framework to ensure effective identification and grooming of high potential employees to assume key roles of RAR in the future § Direct the identification of training needs and the development and implementation of a group-wide training plans to facilitate the achievement of personal, departmental, functional and company objectives § Manage the effective achievement of departmental objectives through setting individual objectives, recruiting, developing and motivating qualified staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise subordinate and departmental performance § Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans § Ensure that all HR related reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company and department requirements, policies and standards § Perform other related duties or assignments as directed المهارات • Ability to implement new systems and processes • Proactive approach and ability to use initiative • Good communication and organizational skills • Flexible, reliable and embraces change • Can work to deadlines under pressure • Strong management skills • more than 15 years experience in HR field . تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/human-resources-manager-1581446/ |
