Operations Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
· Reporting to country Manager.

· Plan and manage the organizational structure within the scope of job, through setting and promoting policies, procedures, standards and task distribution, to ensure the smooth running of the operational units and their divisions.

· Plan the development and expansion of his area through new contracts and business to increase the turnover with acceptable returns.

· Closely monitor all operations to ensure adherence to budget, from financial and operational standpoint

· Build a strong company-client relationship by meeting client contract requirements and long-term relationships of mutual benefit.

المهارات
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hospitality and catering industry with a recognized Catering Company.

· High school diploma

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Financial, budgeting Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

· Supervisory and management experience
