We are looking for a Corporate Sales Head not to participate in running of the sales department but to make a step change in the business in the way it run, the way the market is perceived, not to be bogged down by historical data but able to risk new avenues to deliver growth and significant increase in market share.
The challenge is to ensure achievement of sales volume, market share, and profit objectives according to the annual business plans by developing business through corporates across all Kingdom. Deliver on market share and create a sustainable business in Saudi.
Leading a professional Sales team, you would be at the forefront of activity to ensure continued growth and profitability of the company. The main purpose of this role is accountability for the new corporate accounts and overall retention, management and service delivery of a portfolio of new and existing contracts.

Must Haves:

Every job has a unique differentiator in what it needs and what are the skills required to deliver to the agenda. Whilst experience and network with corporates in Saudi in Automotive industry is must, attitude and character are equally important to us.
We will want to see that you have strong leadership abilities and deeply care about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. You should be in Saudi currently.
