Handle team member and guest requests by delegating to the appropriate individuals and follow up to ensure department and hotel standards are met.

Ability to remain calm and perform all essential functions during emergency situations.

Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times.

Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Learn and adhere to safety, sanitation and hygiene guidelines.

المهارات

Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Care or Retail Establishment.

Well-groomed and presentable.

A good skill in English language is a must. Another foreign language would be an added advantage. Able to work with different communication tools and be very active in the social media using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social applications
