الوصف الوظيفي

Preparing training programs for all employees in the operational management sector in the food system and working on training them.

Develop training sessions that satisfy identified operational needs within F&B;annual plan for training .

follow up post training evaluation on training delivered in the business to ensure that training is effective and meets the training objectives for the programme.

Periodic follow up of job performance after training programs

Determine the causes of failure in job performance after training with HR support

Full knowledge of the principles of total food quality (HACCP)

Full knowledge of effective training methods in the field of F&B;.

Full knowledge of preparing remote training courses for company employees

Preparing complete documentary courses for all training programs (presentations, brochures ...)

Full knowledge of dealing with communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Micro Team).

experience and qualifications:

Task and Group Trainer Qualification, or equivalent.
job training experience in an operational department
Minimum 3 year managing a team (any discipline)
Minimum 3 year experience in F&B;Fluent in English – written and spoken
Intermediate level - Microsoft Office applications
