4、 Able to prepare cable laying work plan, progress plan and quality control plan, complete technical management of Marine cable construction, and supervise and manage the progress, quality and safety.
5、Able to coordinate and solve that on-site construction problems, Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with owners and subcontractors.
6、Able to carry out quality inspection of cable material, cable laying and test, and organize acceptance sorting and handing over of completion documents
