Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the HR team of one assistant and One Deputy HR Manager/GRO.
Develop and manage the HR Policies including acting as the champion for HRMS throughout the company.
Lead on the recruitment of personnel for each new project including advertising, initial sifting of CVs, liaison with candidates as required and liaison with overseas agent and Embassies where necessary.
Lead on the work to develop links with Human Resources Development fun (HRDF) and Taqat to ensure that the company receives full support from these agencies.
Manage all the required certification and licensing of the Company and supervise the work of the GRO to deliver all required liaison with the Government Agencies.
Assist CEO with special HR related projects as required.
Training Experience
Training will be provided to develop key skills as required dependent on education and experience.
Line of Communication
Works direct to CEO. Must have an ability to work closely with other senior managers including Finance, Operations and Business Development.
Working Conditions
Daily work in Head Office in Al Khobar. Regular visits required to outstations which may require overnight stays. On call requirement with HR team to cover personnel emergencies out of normal office hours.

Desired Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in either HR or a relevant subject.
Should have completed at least one HR supervisory role previously.
High level of IT literacy including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent level of spoken and written English. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
Well developed leadership skills and an ability to encourage teamwork.
Ability to:
Develop a strong network of contacts within relevant sectors.
Manage relationships effectively both internally and externally and actively engage in all meetings.
High level of communication skills both oral and in writing in English and Arabic.
Operate with minimum direction using initiative.
Have the confidence to be robust on occasions with Station Commander/Project Managers to ensure that the highest standards of man management are achieved on all sites.
