As our Human Resources Manager you would be responsible for:
- Recruiting and staffing
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
- Organizational departmental planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
- Policy development and documentation
- Compensation and benefits administration

- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Computer literacy (Office 365 Business - including apps such as Teams, Flow, Word, Excel, etc)
