o Prepare department business plan based on company objectives.
o Align the business needs of customers and prospects to a technical solution, and present the solution to the customer in terms of business benefit.
o Design solutions for customers and document the scope of projects, detailing the work to be done and outlining both Total Communications and customer responsibilities.
o Providing technical consultancy for the sales teams in all projects.
o Respond to RFIs/RFPs that include post-tender activity, Preparing Technical Solution Documents (TSD) with required scope, BOQ, Project plane, compliance, module write-up including solution overview, etc.…
o Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
o Perform in-depth and high-level technical overviwe for customers, partners and prospects.
o Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
o Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners.
