Leading projects (housing/ building)

Undertaking technical and feasibility studies
Undertaking complex calculations
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors

Sales and marketing skills, and find new customers.
Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
Resolving design and development problems
Managing budgets and project resources
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Architect/ Civil Engineering or Project Managment.
certified PMP or long experirnce in projects management.
Minimum 15 years of experience.

Excellent in managing resources
Experience in a construction projects (housing/ building).
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent in leadership and ability to lead big projects.
Excellent in communication with clients and suppliers.

Ability to find found solutions.
