Finance Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The successful incumbent will be responsible for setting up and managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks and financial reporting. This role has been created for a new start-up business in Egypt. It is an operational role requiring a start-up experience and it will involve working closely with the country CEO and Group CFO.
• Propose departmental structures
• Hire competent personnel of relevant qualifications
• Establish finance policies and procedures
• Manage the Financial Accounting Transactions
• Monitor the business performance ensuring that operations are running in alignment with the business plan.
• Advise on technological solutions to execute the financial processes
• Establish banking relationships to ensure financing for the green field project.
• Highlight financial-related business risks and propose steps to mitigate them.
• Set up an effective ERP system based on the Group ERP platform

المهارات
• Experienced in full range of financial management/control/planning tasks and possibly admin/HR/etc.
• Ability to understand and perform financial/economic analysis of new projects
• Experience in ERP systems and preferably experience of setting up a system from scratch
• Experience with banks particularly regarding raising new finance
• Experience of project cost control and tracking (for the new projects)
• Experience of IFRS reporting and preferably agriculture (IFRS 41)
