Construction Manager
Responsible to implement equipment construction/installation, test, and hand-over.  Individual reports to the Project Manager.  Individual must be capable of conveying management decisions to the work environment and motivate, supervise, and direct installation/test teams. a minimum of five years experience in construction implementation of Mobile Radio Systems in Saudi Arabia with similar work.
Structural/Foundation Engineer –
This individual should have structural civil engineering background university degree and should be familiar with EIA/TIA-222-F standard and experienced in the use and application of TS Tower or equivalent tower analysis software.  The engineer must have proven tower related project experience with emphasis on comprehensive analysis for both tower structure and foundations taken into account geotechnical conditions.
Individual with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the design, evaluation, upgrading and installation of communication towers. 
Drafting Supervisor
individual to provide drafting support through the completion of the WORK, with minimum of two (2) years experience in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) with Microstation SE software application. 
Document Controller
provide project document and drawing control and accountability of sensitive information through the completion of the WORK.
an English speaking Saudi Arabian national

Lead Building Engineer
He will provide resolution of problems, coordinate with Design Engineers and will provide technical assistance and expertise for the successful completion of the WORK.  Individual must be capable of conveying management decisions to the work environment and motivate, supervise, and direct engineering teams This individual will report to the Project Manager.
a college degreed professional with English speaking and writing skills, with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the engineering and construction management of building implementations. 
Building Electrical Engineer
Experienced with the design/construction work activities for AC and DC power systems and standard installation practices.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.  Individual should be able to develop, read, and red-line construction drawings.
Building Supervisor Civil/Mechanical
Experienced with the design/construction in the civil and mechanical projects and standard installation practices.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.  Individual should be able to develop, read, and red-line construction drawings.
Lead Installation Supervisor Infrastructure
Experienced with the mobile radio equipment installation and standard installation practices.  Individual should be able to read/red-line construction drawings and be familiar with installing supporting structures, equipment frames, equipment layout cable dressing and arrangement, wire-wrapping radio antenna feeder cable connections, power distribution, conduits, structure and material of floors walls and ceilings, and determining cable routes, and the like.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
