Assistant Warehouse Manager (مساعد مدير مخازن)

مطلوب لكبرى الشركات بالمملكة العربية السعودية مساعد مدير مخازن تتوافي به الشروط التالية
BS in Engineering or Accounting, 10 years in Warehouse & at least 5 years managerial role.  Knowledge in ERP and background in steel materials.

المهام الوظيفية الخاصه به

Duty & Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the receiving and issuing materials.
2. Manage the arrangement of material in identified locations.
3. Maintain records of the stock position of the material.
4. Conduct periodical inventory to maintain more accurate stock position of physical stock vs computer records.
5. Oversee the receiving of material preparing request from sales dept.and branches and supervise the preparation of available materials.
6. Coordinate with the sales department for delivery.
7. Arrange necessary transportation for all deliveries.
8. Supervise and control the packing and loading of materials to ensure deliveries are in accordance to the customer’s requirements.
9. Coordinate with QC dept. for inspection.
10. Ensure safe environment & hygiene is in place
