Major Duties &Responsibilities;:
•Follow up the administration duties and office matters such as (covered main Reception, open & distribute the mail, coordinate to repairs the office equipment).
•Perform commercial correspondence & business letters.
•Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
•Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
•Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
•Implement and maintain office systems.
•communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
Key Competencies
•Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
•Professional personal presentation.
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
•Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
•knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

Education
Bachelor Degree’s/Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
Requirements:
•Previous experience of the construction / contracting industry and work experience within KSA is preferred.
•Visa transferrable is required.
•Able to join with immediate effect.
