- An Engineer Holding a university degree from an internationally recognized university and specialized in Construction Contracts Management.
- Not less than 15 years of Experience in the field of Contracts Management, Contractual documents preparation, Contractual commitment analysis, Contractual and Formal opinion giving in the contractual disputes.
- Experience in working with the government tending and procurement regulations in KSA
- Fluent in Spoken and Written Both English and Arabic language.
