Senior Engineer Schedule & Planning Follow up

•Responsibility for preparation of Resource Loaded Schedules.
•Set up database for monitoring weekly progress for Engineering / Procurement / Fabrication and Installation Phases.
•Preparations of two week look ahead schedules / Predecessors and Successors Activity reports.
•Establishing Weightings, Preparation of S-Curves and Project Progress Measurement and Monitoring System for Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
•Engineering / Procurement Man hours / Construction Level of Effort / Manpower Loading and Resources Estimation.
•Prepare Critical Path Analysis for Projects using Computerized Scheduling Systems, including interaction with various discipline groups to develop an Achievable Project Schedule.
•Analyze contractor submitted construction schedules, clarify issues with contractor when required and develop Contract Master Schedules (CMS). •Progress Reporting Procedures and Preparation of Weekly / Monthly progress. •Attend Weekly Project Progress Review Meeting and appraise Project Progress status and highlight Bottle Necks / Critical areas.
•Interdisciplinary Coordination and Regular Follow up with Engineering / Procurement / Construction Teams / Contractors for feedback on Project Progress Status.
•Interface with Lead

- An engineer holding a university degree in civil or architectural engineering field projects management specialization from an internationally recognized university, with experience of not less than (10) years in projects management, planning, review targeted and corrective schedules by using Primavera Enterprise application, monitoring works progress, performance rate and ensuring of adequacy of available resources in the project to the required execution rates and performing a periodic visit to the different areas to update the schedules.
