Job Summary
• Establishes and maintains a sound and leading business in the fattening and meat processing industry where stakeholder’s objectives are effectively and efficiently met or exceeded.
Accountabilities / Key Tasks

• Strategically position the Company in a marketing leadership position.
• Ensures better utilization of Company resources, whether human or otherwise.
• Responsible for inculcating the best management and technological business practices.
• Develops and maintains Company current and future clientele base with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepares and executes the annual business plans.
• Responsible for the keeping the Health, Environment and safety of the people and business.
• Ensure high level of the Company presence in its community by executing sound social responsibility programs that contribute to the branding and imaging of the Company.
• Responsible for proper manning, and retention of the Company’s most valued asset, its human resources with high level of employee satisfaction through continuous HR development programs.
• Ensures sound level of governance.
• Responsible for Company strict adherence to statutory and industrial laws, regulations, and codes of ethics.
Knowledge and Experience
• A Bachelor degree in Animal production or a related field. Preferably a PMP holder and MBA is a plus.
• 15-20 years of experience in a similar capacity in a similar business.
