Sales Representative
Location:
Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
Main Responsibility:
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts; Searching new customers; Visit potential customer; Good relationship with customers; Meeting regular sales targets;
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Selling and marketing various products ( fire and non-fire rated metal doors and frames, blast and normal sliding and swing gates, roll up shutter doors, hardware, and recently wood doors and frames).
• Supervising and coordinating the projects in all process, quoting, preparing shop drawings, technical submittals, fabrication, delivery, installation and collecting payments.
• Attending joint meeting with contractors, consultants and owners to negotiate and coordinate related issues to our products.
• Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; liaise with quotations department and provide necessary documentation to prepare quotations, e.g. bill of quantities, plans, door schedules and specifications.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
• Once purchase order, contract or letter of intent issued, sales person to liaise with finance for payment terms and collect necessary advance payment. Responsible for overseeing shop drawings to get client approval.
• Develops accounts by calling on contractors or consultants.
• Work with projects department to establish supply and installation schedule of products, frames and any other onsite labor.
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
• Arrange with finance department and clients to close all client accounts and get all payments from the clients.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements, persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Preparing reports for Sales Manager. Reports are in daily, weekly and monthly.
• Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.

The employee should have:-

3. 3-5 years’ experience in building materials filed “preferred in Doors Field”.
