Core duties and responsibilities
• Grow the sales business of spare parts and technical services within the dedicated sales area
• Professionally manage the sales to achieve the annual sales targets for his region
• Promote the company products, do direct sales with customers (Promoting, Quoting, Contracting)
• Manage the current customer base and setup new customer relations and partner cooperation’s
• Setup a customer categorization scheme for different market segments (Trucks, Busses, Spare parts, Construction Machines, etc) and contribute to the pricing structure for each customer in accordance to the company pricing guidelines.
• Make strategic Sales plans and support the management in defining periodic business plans and annual budgets
• Represent its Services Middle East at trade fairs, summits and events if required
• Gather market information and data about competitors
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / Engineering background preferred: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
• A minimum of 3-5 years Channel Sales experience with commodities, preferred with automotive Spare Parts.
• Good understanding of the Driveline Technology including Manual and Automatic Transmissions, Axles and Differentials.
• Proactive personality, hands on mentality, self motivated
• Organized, target oriented, able to work under pressure
• Visionary, able to define goals and present these
• Experience with MS Office: Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Language requirement
• English and Arabic
• German would be of benefit
Mobility Requirements
• Valid KSA drivers license
• Position based in KSA
• Able to travel within the GCC
Salary Levels
AED 20,000/- and above with additional benefits and Target incentives.
Any Arabic Nationality
Target Joining Date & Visa
Date of Joining would be 1st May 2014 ( Earliest Date)
Will be provided with an onshore visa.
